Our cars deliver top speeds over 150 mph and lap times rivaling those in racing classes that cost 4 to 10 times more to buy and maintain.
F600 cars are built to the Formula 600 class rules established by the Sports Car Club of America. They are located in Section 9.1.1.D. of the SCCA General Competition Rules, which are updated monthly. What makes our cars so fun and affordable are stable rules that also encourage creativity – no exotic materials or complicated aerodynamics. We have two stock engine choices: 600cc motorcycle engines (with 6-speed sequential transmissions) or 500/600cc snowmobile engines with CVT transmissions. The chassis are made of steel and the disk brakes use off-the-shelf racing pads and steel rotors. Bodywork material is open but aerodynamics are limited to sports car noses and rear diffusers. The adjustable suspension is simple, with combination elastomeric shock/springs, but offers adjustability and enables sharp but predictable handling. Gauges and data systems are open and range from simple analog gauges to multi-point logging systems with piggyback ECUs, GPS track mapping and data analysis.
